In a nutshell, the purpose of the Skills Audit is to build a comprehensive profile of the skills available and in short supply in Eswatini’s labour market. The Skills Audit Report will reveal the skills needed by employers that the labour market is able to sufficiently supply, identify the skills supplied by the labour market but not needed by employers as well as identify skills needed by employers but not currently supplied by the labour market and those imported from other countries.
