Invitation to Validation Meeting of Draft IVT Act 2022/23

Dear Stakeholder,

You are cordially invited to a Breakfast Meeting for feedback on the outcomes of the Review of the Industrial and Vocational Act, 1982. The Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MoLSS) together with the Eswatini Economic Policy Analysis and Research Centre (ESEPARC) have produced a Draft Industrial and Vocational Training Bill for 2022/23 and would like get your feedback and confirm whether the proposed new IVT Act represents, in principle, the submissions/contributions of the stakeholders.

• An Invitation Card to Physical Validation Meeting for 28^th October, 2022 at Mountain View Hotel in Mbabane – 0730AM – 0930AM (A very short meeting and we promise to keep time)
• An Formal Invitation Letter from ESEPARC

We kindly request that you go through the Summary and Draft legislation to help us get it to a point where it can be taken to the next steps to repealing the IVT Act of 1982. Of course, we still welcome inputs/comments to change the Draft IVT Act, 2022/23. If you still have additional inputs, please send them to knowledge@separc.co.sz
