Understanding Business needs in the City of Mbabane

THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF MBABANE WANTS TO HEAR YOUR VIEWS

To implement the study, ESEPARC will conduct face-to-face interviews with selected businesses located in the City to provide an overall perspective on the business environment in Mbabane. Study questions will solicit business-related information, perceptions on the Mbabane Municipal Council’s service provision, and the extent to which the City is open and supportive of business development and growth. ESEPARC data collectors will contact the businesses to set up survey appointments where data will be collected by the data collector through an electronic copy of the questionnaire on a tablet.
