Company Profile

SEPARC is a semi-autonomous entity which was established in 2008 through a joint collaboration between the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and the Government of the Kingdom Swaziland. The organisation aims to build sustainable national capacity to improve the quality and timeliness of public policies in Swaziland. The work of SEPARC is geared towards strengthening the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Strategy and Action Plan, the National Development Strategy, the development of the private sector and that of Civil Society Organizations through building the capacity of civil servants, facilitating public policy dialogues, and conducting relevant and timely research to inform public and economic policy formulation, implementation and decision making.
