
Yolanda Dlamini
Research Consultant
Yolanda Dlamini is a Research Consultant at the Eswatini Economic Analysis and Policy Research Centre (ESEPARC). She oversees research projects focused on economic development and policy analysis. With expertise spanning agricultural economics, microfinance, and data analytics, she brings a unique interdisciplinary approach to addressing critical socio-economic challenges in research.
Ms. Yolanda holds a Research Master’s (Master of Science in Agriculture – Agricultural Economics) from the University of South Africa. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management from the University of Eswatini. Her academic foundation is complemented by professional certifications as a Google Data Analytics specialist.
Her diverse career portfolio includes research roles with the Eswatini Ministry of Health’s LISTEN Project, where she developed expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. She has also served as a Community Liaison Officer with Eswatini Electricity Company and as an Agriculture and Rural Development Lecturer at the African Prime Institute of Science and Technology. This blend of research acumen, community engagement experience, and educational leadership positions her as a versatile professional capable of bridging academic research with practical policy implementation.
