Xolisa Ngwenya is a Research Assistant at the Eswatini Economic Policy Analysis and Research Centre (ESEPARC), where she supports policy-driven research on socio-economic development.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining ESEPARC, she worked as a Family Support Specialist with Healthy Families, gaining hands-on experience in early childhood intervention and strengths-based community support. She has also contributed to academic research focused on family systems and adolescent mental health.

Her policy interests include youth economic development, as well as health and education policy. Xolisa is passionate about translating complex data into actionable insights that support inclusive, evidence-based policymaking in Eswatini and the broader region.
