Thembumenzi Dlamini
Associate Researcher
Thembumenzi Dlamini is an Associate Researcher at the Eswatini Economic Policy Analysis and Research Centre (ESEPARC). She earned a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management from the University of Eswatini and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Pretoria.
Her research focuses on food prices, trade, market regulations, and entrepreneurship. She joined ESEPARC as an intern through the ESEPARC/UNDP graduate research programme. Prior to joining ESEPARC, she was a voluntary intern at Bantwana World Inc and SUSTENTO Development Services, where she grew her interests in community development and food security. Since then, she is actively involved in community development projects, focusing on improving rural livelihoods. She is a member of The Youth Hub and an ENACTUS alumni.
