Samuel Dlamini is a Research Associate at the Eswatini Economic Policy Analysis and Research Centre (ESEPARC). His work focuses on economic research, data analysis, and policy development to support evidence-based decision-making.

He joined ESEPARC as a Research Assistant in 2020. Before that, he worked as a volunteer at a small financial firm, Mindlo’s Micro Lending, where he supported financial operations, client assessments, and loan management processes. This experience strengthened his interest in economics and financial markets.

At ESEPARC, Sam has been involved in several national projects, with responsibilities that include managing large-scale data collection exercises, conducting stakeholder engagements, report writing, and data analysis.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and International Trade from North-West University, South Africa. His academic training is complemented by specialised workshops on data analysis, research report writing, and public policy development.

His key areas of interest include trade facilitation, financial markets, skills development, and economic policy. In addition to his research work, he also brings excellent teamwork and organisational skills, with particular strengths in data analysis and stakeholder coordination.
