Hlobsile Motsa

Hlobsile is a seasoned development practitioner and strategist, currently contributing her expertise across research, monitoring and evaluation, and socio-economic programme leadership. Her core proficiencies include business strategy, organizational development, and the provision of strategic direction for complex socio-economic development interventions.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Management from the University of Swaziland. She is also currently pursuing an MSc in Agricultural Economics and Management.

Throughout her career, Hlobsile has demonstrated a positive and adaptive approach to transformation, enabling her to fit seamlessly into diverse development and business operations. Her professional experience spans target-driven, time-sensitive, and policy-guided environments, where she has successfully delivered results in budget-tight, research-oriented, and contract-bound settings. This has shaped her into a results-oriented professional focused on competitiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency in advancing corporate policies, research, and strategic programming.

Hlobsile’s career spans across the business sector, the NGO landscape, and the broader socio-economic development space. She has collaborated with a wide range of international and local partners including USAID/PEPFAR/PACT, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNDP, PSI, Soul City (South Africa), NERCHA, CANGO, Eswatini Government ministries, the Australian Government, Save the Children (Sweden and UK), DFID, Global Fund, EU, World Vision, EDU-Board (South Africa), Durban Data (South Africa), and co-implementing partners from seven SADC countries in the Health and Development sector.
